These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Propto platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Propto is a B2B platform designed exclusively for professional real estate brokers in Gurgaon, India. To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a registered or practising real estate broker
- Have received a valid invitation from an existing Propto member or been approved by the Propto team
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
Propto operates on an invite-only and referral-only basis. Access is not open to the general public.
2. Account registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must not share your account with any other individual or entity
- You must promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account
- Propto reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
3. Platform access and subscription
Access to Propto is subject to a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fee as communicated at onboarding
- Renew your subscription on the due date to maintain uninterrupted access
- Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun
Propto reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
4. Permitted use
- Use inventory data, builder contacts, and seller numbers only for legitimate property transactions
- Not share, distribute, or resell any data obtained from the Platform to third parties
- Not use the Platform to solicit clients on behalf of competing platforms
- Not engage in any form of spamming, harassment, or misrepresentation
5. Prohibited activities
- Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools or scripts
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the Platform's source code
- Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Post or transmit false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Create multiple accounts or share access credentials with others
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform
6. Inventory data and accuracy
- Propto does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing
- Propto is not a party to any transaction between brokers, builders, or sellers
- Users are advised to independently verify all property details, legal status, and pricing before proceeding
- Propto is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on platform data
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including inventory data, design, software, and branding, is the intellectual property of Propto and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Termination
Propto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms
- Your conduct is found to be harmful to other users or the Platform's reputation
- Payment of subscription fees is not received
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Propto's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
11. Amendments
Propto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
